Currently I am looking for a few saleable listings... I emphasize the word, “few”.  Some listing brokers here have as many as 50 listings.  Something is bound to fall through the cracks. I would rather give personal attention to a few good listings and take them to closing. I have worked both the buy side and the sell side of real estate. I am in business for myself. I handle all my own advertizing and I think out of box.  I am a strong negotiator and a tireless worker.  I answer my cell phone or return calls promptly if I am with another client.

Since 1980, I have given my full attention to the real estate market. Before coming to New Mexico 20 years ago I worked in Michigan. I love Santa Fe and it’s people. It may not be on as large of a scale as they are accustomed to but it is probably here.
