The month we spent in Santa Fe was both enjoyable and busy for us as you know. However, thanks to your efforts everything worked out perfectly for us. We closed on the old house on the 29th, less than 60 days after you took our listing in late June which was remarkable in the current housing market. Of course we had already closed on our New Home in early July so we were overjoyed at the speed at which you were able to sell our old home.

Its amazing how time flies when you're having fun. It seems like just yesterday that we came to Santa Fe and had you show us available real estate but it was May of 2004. You assisted us then in finding our first SF home within walking distance of the Plaza and we began our love affair with our future retirement community. Your assistance and friendship over the years has played an important part in us integrating into the community and we hope the relationship will continue as SF becomes our new home base.

Thanks again for all the assistance and support in the three transactions we have had "so far" in Santa Fe. I'm sure we'll see you around the neighborhood.

We fell in love with Santa Fe a number of years ago and decided to buy a second home in that area. Searching for properties on the internet we came across Carol Allen's web site. I just wanted to take a minute to express my thanks for your help in making the difficult job of finding the right home a pleasurable experience. After only a few telephone conversations with you (initially) regarding our interests and our "wish list", you were able to narrow the search down to just a few choices, each one very nice, but, as you surmised, the first home you showed us was "the one".

Carol, I just wanted to thank you again for finding me my dream house in Santa Fe. Within just 3 hours of our meeting, we had zeroed in on the house that fit all of our specifications and more. I told you when we met that I wanted a house with a view, and boy, did we accomplish that! Your knowledge of the market and instinct for which homes were priced fairly was precisely on point, and supported by the appraisals we got during the closing process. And I especially appreciate all the referrals (to the mortgage broker, the decorator) that helped us envision how we could pull this deal together. I already have a couple of friends intrigued by Santa Fe, and I suspect you will be getting a couple of referrals from me in the not too distant future.
